Terms of Service.

These Terms explain how booking, the deposit, our texts, and the membership work at Motocentro. They are the same rules our staff follow at the counter. By using this website you agree to them.

1. Bookings

  • A booking is a request. We call you to confirm the day and time, and it is not confirmed until we have called
  • We take bookings up to 60 days ahead, with a limited number per time slot at each shop
  • One mobile number may have up to three open requests; for more, call the shop
  • We confirm your number with a texted code so we know we can reach you

2. Payment

Nothing is charged for requesting a slot. You pay at the shop after the work is done.

3. At the Shop

  • We quote the price before work begins; if more comes up during the work, we call you before going on
  • Every job order has a queue number, and bikes are called in order unless there is an emergency
  • Parts we replace are shown to you and returned to you if you want them
  • The receipt is your proof of payment and of the service; bring it when you come back about the same work

4. Text Messages

  • The booking code and reminders about your booking are part of the service and are sent whether or not you agreed to promos
  • Check-up reminders and promos are sent only if you agreed, and at most twice a month
  • You can stop them any time at Stop promo texts or at the counter, without affecting your booking or membership

5. Membership and Points

  • Points and membership belong to the customer named on them and cannot be transferred
  • You can see your points at My membership with your customer ID and number; do not share these
  • What points are worth and what each tier gets are posted at the shop and may change; points already earned are not lost by a change

6. Reviews

A review you leave from your receipt may be shown on the website with your name as you gave it. We do not edit what you said, and you can have it taken down by contacting the shop.

7. Acceptable Use

  • Use the website to book and to see your own record only
  • Do not book in someone else’s name without their permission, or make repeated requests you do not intend to keep
  • The Motocentro name, logo, pictures, and text are ours and may not be copied for another business

8. Changes to These Terms

When we change these Terms, they are posted here with the date above.
